我是不知道我還會不會長高~我現在快19歲要升大ㄧ~身高171.5體重71.5體脂大概20%-21%不知道還會不會長~所以也不敢大練~我現在每天伏地挺身100下分8組做仰臥起坐120下也分8組做跳1000下分10次中間大概休息都1分鐘請問這樣下去會有問題嗎?長高還有希望嗎?吃方面都正常,飯吃不多,但肉跟菜還有水果會吃沒�
