我是女生 是16歲的高二生 身高162 體重75我真的很想瘦下來 但是我很懶 我也試過很多方法不是沒有效 就是只有三分鐘熱度 如果要運動的話 我平常都很忙都沒有時間 而且我也不會持續 有時候會覺得自己沒救惹!=.=有時候很想自殺 因為被別人說嘲笑 真的很痛苦 也許他們只是無心
