我每天都一定要跑步,我分清晨、晚上兩個循環來跑步,每一個循環為4000公尺,一天至少是8千公尺的慢跑,聽我姑姑說不要常常慢跑,要的話最好是用快走的方式,因為,會傷膝蓋那個部位,在慢跑的時候膝蓋兩個骨頭它會摩,就像是螺絲一樣,常常去把螺絲轉動的話,它有一天也會頓掉!也就是說��
