我本身非常瘦175公分/53KG從小就吃不胖,讓我非常困擾一直以來我一直有再做伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐但還是瘦!最近我有去爬了文,發現我的訓練方法不對換了方法也去買了乳清蛋白(UltimateNutriton)來輔助至於怎麼吃我查過知識+每人說法都不太一樣...我想問我一天需要吃多少乳清蛋白呢?我看說明是寫一份4匙250��
