我現在想試試看~~少吃睡覺前三十分鐘喝杯50cc的法國紅酒再吃片光泉北海道起司~然後要睡了前做50下仰臥起坐然後20下扶力挺身~這樣子辦法有效減肥嘛??每天喝2000cc的水
