如標題.....我是一個骨架跟骨頭比較小的男生,手臂和小腿也比一般男生細小伏地挺身和仰臥起坐和跑步一直是我的很弱的部分還有三個多月要當兵,所以想知道要怎麼樣才能有效的越做越多下?越跑越久?
