如果我。。。每天持續星期1、2、4、5跳繩500下&仰臥起做20~30下星期3跳繩100~200下&仰臥起坐30下(比較沒時間)星期6跳繩1000下用水當飲料喝~~~偶爾吃一些炸ㄉ!這樣持續1個禮拜&1個月可以瘦多少?!我目前57公斤((煩。。。我想瘦到50公斤。。。請問還要多久?!跳繩次數還要再增加嗎?!
