我是軍職人員各位也知道國家要把體能增加強度可是我對伏地挺身有點難度..想請教對體能訓練有正確常識的人如何在不傷身的情況下增強並且可以持久讓肌肉也變強我的身高178~9體重75~7手臂較細長身體是偏向向1比1的比例但是右手臂接近鎖骨的的轉向有受傷過....(在新訓時有丟手投有拉傷過)之後都沒什
