本人目前17歲之前國中國小就是被人打每次都還不了手國三開始痛定思痛思考原因是什麼我就再想應該是自己肌力不夠再練了兩年多後自己體能有增加了跑步三千公尺最快15分亞鈴2頭彎舉 20KG每次7下 一天四組胸肌握推 60公斤腹肌還算明顯仰臥起坐依次50下之前測的腹肌很久沒練了單槓練背部肌肉��
