我平常大概一週去健身房兩到三次,每次去我都會作舉重和跑步之類的重訓,另外我每天回家後都會做一百個伏地挺身和仰臥起坐,我必較想練手臂和腹肌,我現在的手臂沒有用力就看的出肌肉,抬重物和用力時就有一大塊,背肌和腹肌也很發達,但好友都說這樣我變成金剛芭比了,我想改一下健身方�
