最近參加國家考試,體能訓練項目中女生需要單槓曲臂向上撐10秒鐘,但我連一秒鐘都撐不住,拉到手都起水泡,起水泡是因為姿勢錯誤還是因為一開始練習都會的症狀呢?伏地挺身我只能以膝蓋著地做,無法做正確姿勢,且因為太窮所以只能以寶特瓶裝沙子(2公斤重)充當啞鈴練臂力,請問我該如何才��
