1.請問伏地挺身練到有效果出來(手臂變粗肌肉變大),那之後又開始沒在做,會不會效果又退化,還是說可以維持很久???那舉啞鈴練出來的二頭肌線條呢??2.仰握起坐練出來是幾塊肌??腹肌練出來,又有一段時間沒做,會不會腹肌開始消??3.兩者的問題,如果要維持手臂肌肉與線條跟腹肌,那次數各要多少??
