我固定每天睡前100下仰臥起坐.40下扶力挺身(一次20下)早餐不吃....中餐吃公司...晚餐不一定飲料無糖綠.烏龍綠無糖有時候會偷吃一點炸ㄉ東西.會吃一點宵夜.....可以提供一些減肥方法給我ㄇ...目前177公分80公斤
