上國中以後因為經常熬夜所以體力跟記憶力都變差了我想跑步想找回自己健康的身體可是因為太久沒跑了所以現在跑不到400公尺較喘的要死累的要命學期末又有體適能檢測要跑800公尺所以我想從現在開始鍛鍊請問有什麼方法可以鍛鍊我的慢跑??
