2012/10/23開始每天吃完飯,大概半小時,我就會跟我舅舅去跑步七公里...真的每天持續不斷的練可以瘦身也可以增加肺活量嗎??會跑快嗎?我11/10校慶還來得及練嗎?請問各位唷!!一個禮拜我大概可以瘦幾公斤?一個月?一年?我的飲食:早餐三明治+小涼奶中餐學校便當+水下午偶爾會吃點東西晚餐要怎麼吃呢??:)飲食�
