我想要讓我的肉變多所以想要練重訓請問各位重訓是要少量多組(ex:1組15下,做4組)還是要多量少組(ex:1組30下,做兩組)比較能練出效果呢???我做完重訓之後喝一杯牛奶(大約250左右)這樣足夠補充蛋白質嗎???還有聽說重訓要少量多餐才能比較有效果如果我還是只能照常吃三餐那有吃三餐就能吃出效果的��
