我要升高一了升高卡在167公分很久摟我每天左右手各舉啞鈴20下(20磅)仰臥起坐15下還有握力訓練(握到酸為止)伏地挺身10下還有三頭肌訓練(反向的伏地挺身吧XD)為了長高我一天也會跳個50到150下我聽別人說重量訓練會長不高...也有人說至少重量訓練1小時多才會影響到長高希望有"專家"能建議我該怎��
