我是個準備進大學的大學生(等分發),我早上要去打工,一直到晚上9點,我每天晚上固定會去跑公園(目前跑公園的6圈),跑完以後會做伏地挺身25下(目前),仰臥起坐50(目前)。我因為沒有時間做太多組的運動。所以我是使用漸進式方法,我每天都只有晚上一次,每個禮拜跑步多1天,伏地挺身多5下,仰臥
