我有椎間盤突出第五節脫出之問題~但想練腹肌我目前等兵役中~最近加強體能~每天舉啞鈴~和騎腳踏車50分鐘聽說練腹肌需要仰臥起坐~旦彎來彎去~我怕我的脊椎會受不了(或讓病更嚴重)有其他方法練腹肌但少用到脊椎的嗎?(我是聽說有一種平躺雙腳舉起來放下一直做)椎間盤突出適合做仰臥起坐嗎?如果不��
