我的BMI值破25了,想要減肥要怎麼做,但是我的手臂無法施力過久,所以沒辦法掉單槓跟伏地挺身!也沒錢買減肥用品,告訴我在家減肥的方法,順便問下我手臂的狀況是有病嗎?
