我身高178體重77我想減肥所以早餐7-11兩片土司8:00中餐7-11生菜沙拉45元+一個醬料包12:00晚餐泡麵(調味料不加只有清水加麵)+一顆茶葉蛋5:00重訓後我會再喝一杯豆漿+一顆茶葉蛋8:30這就是我的三餐請問這樣吃會不健康嗎???還是有大大知道我食譜需要該哪裡???
