請問一下我該如何調適我現在的體能狀況身高171體重50 男 現在很瘦請問我該如何吃才能調適到標準的體能我知道要多吃 可是要吃些什麼?還有該做什麼來維持住好狀況比如說扶力挺身要做幾下之類的 跑步要跑幾公里
