我想要減肥但我真的沒有運動細胞千萬不要嘲笑我==我每天的運動是:仰臥起坐20下扭腰200下(我不會搖呼拉圈,所以我模擬他的動作)扭屁股100下還蠻蠢的(我覺得)不過我也想不到在家裡可以做什麼運動我家什麼運動器材都沒有又不能買DVD做瑜珈在家裡小跑步又很吵還有什麼運動嗎?我每天的運動可以消耗多��
