如題...我手上只有5公斤啞玲2個而已~可以一次舉20~30下而已很濫!!!!!但是對於力量變大好像是偏離了方向!!!!!重量訓練爬文都說次數少重量重為主~那是否我也該換更重的亞玲了呢????該換幾公斤???或者幾磅???(公斤與磅如何換算????)我不用特一練肌肉我只想要力量變大而已!!!!換20公斤的如何????價錢????練法???
