前一陣子有健身..但是暖身不夠..結果胸口好像受傷了...之前健身..我都做伏地挺身加滾輪..還有啞鈴..伏地挺身跟滾輪是還好...重點是啞鈴..我都往上舉差不多50下但是我都熱身不夠~現在已經好像有點內傷..裡面有傷導致我現在有時候搬重一點的東西..胸口就會有點痛上禮拜體適能..做肢體前彎..肢體前彎��
