目前當乒中因上級要求要2分鐘內做到50下伏地挺身但是我做到30下就做不下去了每天做並不會變得做越多下只會造成肌肉酸痛個人覺得沒有助益有哪幾種方法可以鍛鍊伏地挺身所需要的肌肉群呢?謝謝
