小弟我身高167,體重55(就是因為個子比別人矮==,所以體格想要比別人好..)鍛鍊時間是兩天鍛鍊一次。EX:這禮拜1.3.5.7下禮拜就是2.4.6以此類推..(看了知識+,每鍛鍊肌肉一次需要24小時休息)每次鍛鍊時間是1小時左右目前有做伏地挺身.擴胸.還有一些雜七雜八的==伏地挺身我手都與肩膀同寬一次大約30下(只��
