1.那如果訓練量小呢?2.我拿2.5公斤沙包算少了吧?一天二頭肌30下肱三頭肌30下三角肌15下仰臥推身15下(因該是吧..聽別人這樣說仰臥起坐50下伏地挺身10下握力50下我練習的大概就只有這樣.(因為我本身是田徑那如果要分開練習的話哪些是可以一組的?可以的話請大大幫忙分組一下也可以教我一些對我以後打��
