本人身高170體重76之前暑假胖了10kg><19歲讀大學我之前是有舉啞鈴.仰臥起坐可是覺得不夠我大概是這樣練啞鈴10磅:一般舉法每次30下作3次手被平舉左右各10作3次仰臥起坐:50下做一次到兩次幾乎都晚上做的可是因為讀書太久沒練了所以有點現在有點力不從心我希望有人可以幫我排一下表我想練三頭肌��
