我要練肌肉我身邊的工具有兩個各上面寫著10的數字的啞鈴兩個3到4公斤綁腳踝的沙袋一個跳繩我要練小腿大腿腹肌胸二頭肌跟三頭肌我禮拜一到禮拜五都要上課到6點只有周休二日才有空我家是公寓!!!!!!!!所以都不太能跑跳我要練這些地方的方法用我上面這些東西要詳細點20點給你
