小弟我剛開始進健身房健身10天了..一星期可去健身房4天我40歲身高180體重67體脂14.79(肚子都脂肪)有些疑問請達人解惑1.我想讓腹肌更明顯.如何有效消除肚子上的脂肪.我健身前都會跑步機30分+跑步機10分.可是又聽人家說我體脂正常太多有氧肌肉會長不大?2.像我剛入門這樣的身材凸肚.需要搭配基酸高蛋白.
