我是男生因為爸媽都差不多155我長到163公斤55我想我因該長不高了不過我非常想練的壯常常看國外男生練身是每個人都會做的不過在台灣我卻不知道如何做起??也不知道該吃什麼才會長肉呢??是要先吃胖再來練還是一邊練一邊吃??該做些什麼基本的呢??我非常想練成臉看起來小小的身體很壯手臂也是請問一
