最近這個月~想想是該好好減減身體~因為我很胖~體重83~上半身小腹油好大一層~所以我就選了跳繩~從第一天10分~一直慢慢加~加到現在一次2小時~跳完我就去慢跑個1000~2000公尺~跳跳青蛙跳~常常做完整條腿大腿鐵腿無力~西蓋後側筋我一惦腳尖會痛~但是我依然沒有理他~隔天我依舊忍著痛做著我的運動~現在��
