因為最近不知道怎麼了= =體重一直上升....我自己知道絕大部分可能是因為以前有在練舞~每天至少會動個2~3小時~現在都沒有肉當然會鬆囧現在我每天晚上都有做仰臥起坐從20下慢慢到80下~每次做ㄉ時候肚子真的有痠~所以我覺得我應該沒有用錯地方用力==已經持續ㄌ快2ㄍ星期了....小腹還是大==....是我
