從寒假到現在大概也做了三個月但是自從我修正(比較貼地)伏地挺身的姿勢開始很難快速的增加次數我目前寬的伏地挺身只能做30下窄的20下(我的體重89kg)臥舉目前可以40kg10下兩組35kg四組單手啞玲(坐在椅子上把手靠在腿側的那種)學校健身房倒數第二重(要再回去查一下重量)我在運動的時候幾乎是學校健��
