我上下手臂的肌肉大小及密度可說是差了十萬八千里下手臂常比腕力及之前有舉過啞鈴跟握力氣,所以很壯,比一般人都壯,只有去健身房的一位同學及一位原住民棒球選手腕力贏我,不然幾乎沒對手。上手臂就是問題所在了,十分鬆軟,比我媽的還軟,而且伏地挺身做起來超累,像快死掉一般==,�
