我以前都自己訓練但效果都不太好所以想問一下自己訓練方法如下6KG啞鈴(我只有1個啞鈴)一組30下一天3組1組間隔30秒做方式:手掌朝上握住啞鈴手肘不動由大腿舉到胸口為1下方法2:背對椅子手掌撐著椅子身體向下壓在上來為一下做15次一天2組方法3:面對椅子左右手食指與拇指相碰成三角形貼在椅子上然後�
