我國二女身高162左右體重45左右打籃球時總是搶不到籃板也蓋不到跟我身高差不多的人火鍋跳起來也摸不到網體力:伏地挺身也只能做10下之前每天都有再做不過最近開學就停止了暑假有胖了一點體力有變得比較差之前400公尺大概兩~三分鐘跑完不過喘了一節課我想問要怎麼增加我的彈跳力還有因為要打全�
