打籃球想要灌籃所以想增加彈跳力跟爆發力的方法 - 重訓

我目前身高180體重80左右,在球場上打的位置是SF,因為有些學弟他們的身高有些比我低但是都可以輕鬆灌籃,所以想請問經驗的人或是有好方法的大大們指教一下!怎樣才能增加彈跳力跟爆發力,是有需要做什麼特訓嗎?還是單純的重訓而已?(越詳細越好~感激^^)
