我是國2生想說現在要不要伏地挺身這樣臂力才會大?我在學校都只會投籃不會切入不然就是馬上被超掉或球掉想說先把左右手球感練好但是隨便做效果一定不佳所以可以請大大們幫我想一下好媽?我體能也還好學校測體適能1600跑7分多再場上不到半小時就好累了因為一下跑一下停的身體總適無法適應><
