對於我們這種剛出社會的新鮮人在家境不允許&還沒有正常固定收入之前如果想要健身(呃...就是要練出肌肉線條)平常該如何鍛鍊哩?!小弟我平時只有慢跑、仰臥起坐、啞鈴、伏地挺身...這些外加伸展如果只是這些...要做多少的量?!是可以提供來參考參考^^
