我目前是20p的啞鈴左右手各30下幾乎每天舉有時候舉到再度提起時關節的筋會微痛才停止痠痛的話就休息幾天不痛的再練可是感覺沒甚麼成效我也沒甚麼時間去健身房請問到底是少量多次還是ㄍㄧㄥ到自己的極限多次少量才可以讓手變粗呢還有我覺得舉啞鈴實際上練到二頭不多反而是腕橈骨(握力那塊)比
