我投球會痛大概個月了,有一次那天我丟了一百多顆,加傳球大該快兩百顆在那之後就,連自己在家丟一下球比一下投球動作感覺是手臂靠近肩膀那附近反正就是整個肩膀那邊每次投球繞環的時候就開始痛,丟出去更痛,剛開始以為沒甚麼,休息個兩三天就會好,我每天都有做伏地挺身一百下我每個禮�
