目前180公分,95公斤。很明顯地過重,但是因為自己很忙碌,想問一下是否有適合在房間做的運動?其實是擔心當兵會承受不住,所以先開始練,到當兵大概還有一年三個月目前伏地挺身只能ㄍㄧㄥ到10次*4回,如果是一回到極限也才15下...滾輪跪姿的30次*1回(但是反而手臂會痠==啞鈴16P一隻手50下握力器一�
