幾年前和朋友在打球因為出力不慎導致肩膀不知何部為拉傷感覺一陣撕裂感往後一陣子有給中醫看按摩一下較沒撕裂感了但是肩膀的縫隙變得很大!!肩膀上提緊縮可以聽見很明顯多段的骨頭咖咖聲很大聲手舉啞鈴.提起和肩膀平舉手臂和肩膀的相接點會痛而且投球的力道可能只能使用到5成左右在上去會因
