投籃力道太大準度問題 - 啞鈴

我最近有練啞鈴的習慣(因為以前3分線單手都肉包),重量是14磅的,婐一天30下(一次15下X2)現在力氣沒問題了,但是我今天自己練習時,不管怎麼投,不是太大力、肉包、就是稍微偏掉,請問各位我該怎麼辦才能更準?順邊交交我力道的掌控吧!謝謝各位了!!!
