請問一下,有人可以敎我後背肌的訓練方式嗎??我沒有多少裝備我只有2個20P的啞鈴,想要土法煉鋼,但是一直用不對方法,在學拉竿槓中,但是一直拉不起來,請問有人可以敎我一下訓練方式。PS..我的身材太胖了,身高169體重87,太胖了,想練結實一點...多年來的願望,但是方法一直用不對,沒器材,�
