我有做仰臥起坐.伏地挺身.舉亞鈴.槓鈴划船.拿水瓶側平舉.握握力器.對鏡揮空拳.原地慢跑.原地跳躍以上的動作一星期都重複兩次因為我想學拳擊可是住的地方沒拳館所以在家自己練哪些動作對拳擊有幫助
