我現在,每天做5組的拳頭伏地挺身,都直接在地板做拳頭已經硬到中指跟食指長繭了,動作我也是看大家所說的最標準姿勢,肚子幾乎都貼在地板上,每天五組一組25下胸肌感覺好像都沒有再增加肌肉跟結實度了。我從高一開始做普通伏地挺身的胸肌到現在高2的胸肌都沒改變雖然手臂的肌肉有增大,但
