我是國三畢業生身高172體重55我是練棒球ㄉ可是身材不好所以球速跟揮棒速度都很慢希望各位大大可以提供重量訓練的菜單(具體點)例如:跑步幾圈、伏地挺身幾下之類的在這個暑假可以做的我的守備位置是二壘跟投手(客串的)謝謝^^
